In these early reflective sessions, we will be thinking together and forming a first-order view on the way forward. Perhaps most importantly, we will get to know and trust each other, which will be extremely valuable in case you decide to deepen our cooperation.

Before starting to do more comprehensive planning, we recommend to run a limited set of workshops. In this way, we will form a common ground with your core team that is foreseen to start executing the program. We will then produce a clear owner’s program presentation and risk mapping that you can use in discussions with your key stakeholders and decision makers.

This is where we prepare the owner’s program plan, which will also include a financially oriented business risk analysis as an appendix. With the core team workshops guiding us, we can prepare a plan that your team can truly commit to. As a result, the program plan will become your main story line in dialogue with your people and when communicating to the stakeholders.

If needs arise, we can support you in executing your program or a major project. We are open to discuss different options for this. We could, for instance, support you and your team in reporting program status and risks. We could also provide continuous advisory in focus areas requiring proactive expedition. Or we might take care of an interim management duty that is critical for your grip and progress at a specific stage.

Based on the owner’s program plan and related risk analysis, we can set up a regular reporting model used to inform key stakeholders about the program status and road ahead. Compared to the supplier’s monthly reporting on project progress, the owner’s report is foreseen to provide a quarterly view from the plant owner’s, project customer’s and future operator’s perspectives.

Brief discussions with your key leaders and experts are of course a natural part of any program support from us. We are always there to help you and your people! In addition, we can offer one-to-one coaching to any leader who has learned to know us and sees this valuable. The coaching themes may vary from managerial aspects to technical understanding or personal development.
